Bloom Farm Guesthouse is a B&B owned and operated by Rob and Anna Tvelia since fall of 2021. We are a couple of hospitality professionals with 50+ years of experience between us. Starting this operation in a beautiful Otsego County, NY - home of baseball and farmlands was a dream come true.

Taking initial steps in growing cut flowers and getting a farm off the ground has been an interesting and exciting journey. We had our first small crop in 2022 and we are hoping to grow more each year. We have been facing a lot of challenges, but the rewards are worth the effort.

We hope that our rustic, 170-year-old Victorian Italianate home becomes a place you visit when planning your next getaway. If you want to experience peaceful country setting yet be close to civilization... if you love nature and appreciate historic architecture, our Bed & Breakfast is the place for you - located on nearly 30 acres combined of green hills, a forest, a creek and a small overgrown pond.
