Bloom Farm Guesthouse is a B&B in upstate NY owned and operated by Rob and Anna Tvelia. We are a couple of hospitality professionals with over 50 years of experience between us. Starting this operation in beautiful Otsego County—home of baseball and farmlands—has been a dream come true.

 

Taking the initial steps in growing cut flowers and getting a farm off the ground has been an interesting and exciting journey. We had our first small crop in 2022, and we hope to grow more each year. We have faced many challenges, but the rewards are worth the effort.

 

We hope that our rustic, mid-19th century Victorian Italianate home becomes a place you visit when planning your next getaway. If you want to experience a peaceful country setting while still being close to civilization, and if you love nature and appreciate historic architecture, our Bed & Breakfast is the place for you—located on nearly 30 acres of green hills, a forest, a creek, and a small overgrown pond.
