Policies

Check in time to our Bed and Breakfast begins at 3 p.m. Please, give us a call if you are planning on arriving after 6 p.m. or looking for an early check in. Check out time is at 11 a.m.

2-night minimum stay June-August and during holidays.

All rates are based on double occupancy. Add-ons cost additional $35.00 per person per night.

Reservations require a full payment 14 days before arrival date. We accept checks, cash, credit/debit cards and PayPal.

A full refund ($25.00 service fee might be applied depending on the transaction) will be processed for cancellations at least 14 days in advance. If you need to cancel or alter your reservation inside of 14 days of arrival, you will be charged for a full reservation. We are happy to adjust the fee should we re-rent your room or deposit it toward future stay. Please, note that no-shows are charged in full.

Well behaved kids of all ages are welcome, with an understanding that we do not provide cribs or highchairs, and roll-away beds are limited. A pond and a creek on the property, as well as various characteristics associated with 170-year-old buildings pose a requirement for children to be supervised at all times.

Please, be advised that pets are not allowed in Bloom Farm Guesthouse, and any indoor spaces or porches are smoke-free. Additionally, guests are financially responsible for any damages.
